Gosh. Why do so many people feel the need to argue on here. I happen to have a broad, eclectic taste which does, in fact, include both techno and classical. I appreciate both but at the same time I can't expect others to have the same taste as I. Learn to embrace differences instead of enforcing your own person upon others.
Anyway. This is beautiful. The best section of the whole requiem.
Why are most of the versions of this on the Tube way too fast? It's like the conductor is saying "You all know that this piece is a sublime masterpiece, but I desperately need to go to the bathroom, so I'll content myself with quickly reminding you how the tune goes."
I wonder where did Mozart got this music from. It sounds so celestial, I can only imagen such a music to be heard while entering paradise after death.
He was not only a genious, but also suffered from mental problems. No doubt it helped, for I can't imagine a normal brain coming out with anything as complex and layered as requiem
that's pretty funny you should bash techno - I'm not really going to explain why techno is awesome because i'm tired, instead i'm just going to assume you are old or have no taste...
All music has it's virtues. I'm not much of a techno fan myself, but you have to remember, everyone has their own tastes. After all, I'm the guy that can go from Mozart to Rammstein to Rhapsody to an Anime soundtrack without batting an eye.
Humano, demasiado humano.

I don't think so. Why go lugubrious when you can become more moving by moving? No need to wallow in any emotion, because the music already has it.
