  • I believe in ashtanga yoga as discribed in yoga sutras by patangali. Yama, niyam, asana, pranayam, pratyahara, dharana, dhayana, samadhi. 8 steps to bhramanada.

    google what is Yama and niyama and asanas as discribed in yoga sutras "Sthir sukham asanam". So you need to practice yama niyama and asanas befor u jump on to pranayama.

  • This is real "Bhastrika Pranayama" as defined by "Hatha Yoga Pradipika". It should be practice very carefully under the supervision of trained "Yoga Guru".

  • U can practice Kpalbahti Kriya and Anulom Vilom Pranayama and u can see the videos of exercise in my account. Caution - Should be learned before practicing.
