Digimon tamers is probably the best written of all the series' (I say probably, because I have yet to watch Xros Wars). The character development is incredibly well done (Especially Impmon) the plot is well written, and the Digimon themselves are cool. The only reason anyone has for not liking it is that it didn't follow the continuity of the first two. Or, in other words *Superboy Prime Voice* "Everything's better on MY earth!"

@Tsukasamacleod I've not seen Xros Wars (probably won't be anytime soon), I really enjoyed the overall plot of Tamers and how relatively dark it was compared to earlier (and later) series.

It's funny because even though this was primarily a kids show back then, it's way better than the insipid kid anime's now like Beyblade and all the other horrible clones.

It didn't treat the audience like a complete idiot, maybe only 25%. Some of the time. : p

But Guilmon was ACTUALLY cute instead of overly trying to be cute. I can watch this now years later and it warms even my most jaded of hearts.(And I'm pretty jaded folks when it comes to anime)

Personally I like his english voice, I'm not one for watching anime in its original language if i can get it in english, whilst I have a exceptional reading skill It gets annoying trying to read pages of subtitles AND trying to watch the action too!.
