this take me back when just a boy 1950 gallager wv near charston my dad loved this music now im 70 i remember so well those day it makes me cry i still misshimand mama so much it cant be to long now god will call and we will be together so great
thanks, I enjoyed it! I'm from Clarksburg but spent alot of time in Tucker Co, Randolph,Preston, etc. I drove a truck for RD Wilson Paper Co for eight years.
Thanks for sharing your family with me.Kind of takes me back home. I was born in Princeton WVa. My dad and his dad were coal miners. In order to escape the coal mines my family moved to New Jersey in 1962 where we still live. My home may be in New Jersey but my heart will always remain in WVA.
I love my state, I was born in Charleston and lived in Belle til I was 6 then lived in Bluefield and Princeton and now reside in Ronceverte in beautiful Greenbrier County.
Thanks for inviting me to your home. A very inspired compilation and moving accompaniment. There is a cliche that others' home movies and photos are boring. That's all it is -- a cliche. This was great to see. Thanks for sharing it!

My father who recently passed away always played this on his fiddle. I've searched high and low for this song. Great video too!! Thanks so much.

Thank you for sharing in some of your family history. I was born, raised and am still living in Southern WV. I can't imagine living any where else.
