This song isn't the best live. Then again it's hard to perform electronic music live. That and Lou needs to get the timing right. I'd rather just stick with the album version.

@derob7 ah hes workin on his own material, these kinda guest spots can often be sketchy for somone of any age, its hard to remember lyrics for a tune even if you wrote them yourself, the only sure method is load and loads of practice which i doubt he found time to do with the gorilaz, so yeah he may need the lyrics but fuck it hes Lou Reed he invented alternative music, gave velvet underground to the world and then made great solo albums. Listened to Coney Island Baby earlier, fantastic stuff

This is such a great track on the album. So-so live perfomance, but really amazing album. The Gorillaz made a work of art with this Plastic Beach album

Lou was good on the original recording of song, but at this concert he did anything but shine. But who cares...its Lou Reed...he can do whatever he wants...even if he had the lyrics in front of him on a music stand. Captain Kangaroo could have stood in his place and the song STILL rocked! Gorillaz know how to put on a show...I was there at MSG that night...they rocked!!!!
