  • I think if you make a circle with your wire first and then hold the beginning where the bead is put, with your plier and try to form the spiral with your hand, its easier and you dont see no dents on the job at the end

  • @ukmlmmlm My hands aren't very reliable so I had to use the pliers. If you can manage it with your hand you should definitely try. I know it leaves some dents but fortunately with beads they aren't very noticeable.

  • @BeyondBracelets Yeah I noticed that too! but this time became very better than the last time I made a pair, then if you get any dents, I recommend you hammer the wire a little bit to get rid of the dents thats only if you use 1 mm wire but the smaller ones dont need to.

  • @ukmlmmlm Yeah, I just invested in a jewelry hammer but I've yet to hammer anything. My boyfriend is interested in wirework so I sort of bought them for him. ^_^

  • Or was it a figure of speech

  • @nomin10011 I'm not really blind... thankfully. I just have really bad eye sight. =x

  • Your blind!!! Did not know that

  • Very cute!

  • These are so COOL!:) I love all your tutorials! Where do u come up with all these fun ideas?!

  • @WestInterest03 I don't know really... Sometimes I see something and then mimic it with different mediums. Like if I'm driving outside and see say... a big factory wall with lots of tarnish I go to myself,"Hey, that'd make an awesome necklace." and viola, miniature brick necklaces with lots of faux decay. Stuff like that.

Heck, even thinking up giving the example gave me some new random ideas... so I think when it really comes down to it I'm just insane and have a very overactive mind. Haha.

  • Really awesome earrings!

  • Where do u get ur own logo?

  • @Jassy101Ms I made mine. I drew out my tree logo in photoshop.

  • i have two types, one that is a nameless brand, its a little flexible but i have more for the shine and one thats a lot more sturdy but is quite dull (that i think is perfect) Its called Impex beading wire and is purely for beading. I guess you could use it for other stuff but its not the prettiest wire. I use it for beading and reinforcing my models

  • @laurenshakey Hm. Cool. Thank you for letting me know!

  • dont know if you still want wire recommendations but i tried with my 20gauge silver wire and that worked perfectly its thesame width as te head pins

  • thouse earings are awsome

  • great video! gonna try this idea now! saved to my playlist too! thanks!

  • u could not cut off the the end and then you wont need krazzy glue

  • @akcooke1 I know, I wrote that in the description... I wanted to cut it because I was using black and silver is very visible on black... so I just got rid of it altogether.

  • @BeyondBracelets oh that makes sense btw i love your vids !!!!!!

  • Great tip on the head pin, i love it! i love to wire-wrap beads with them, and that would make it fun. you're so very creative girl. ;) the new camera set-up is really sweet. super nice quality, and the sound is perfect too. . Beadalon makes a great wire, 20 and 22 gauge silver are the nicest wires i've found on a budget, and i've bought lots of diff. kinds. flexible, but not too wobbly. and really nice shine.

  • @heavenismyhome Thanks. I've been looking at their stuff every time I go to Micheal's but I really hate buying stuff thinking it's what I need only to find out it's too weak/won't work. Maybe I'll try it though... mainly because I hear lots of people use it. I've looked online but boy can wire get pricey. =x

  • Those are friggin adorable! love your videos, keep it up!!!! ♥

  • how old r you?

  • @Marlilovesbella2011 24 years old next month.

  • @BeyondBracelets wow lol im really glad that you make this stuff you rock :)

  • Cute!

  • @BeyondBracelets Okay! Thanks. :D

  • Yay! A tutorial! :D I was patiently waiting for a new turorial! :)) Nicely done!

Would you mind making a tutorial on the book thingy.? Please. Don't exactly know what it's called. 0_o

  • @irockyesido1 The scrapbook pendant I'm guessing you mean. I guess I could try to get to it now that I have a decent setup.

  • To anyone that makes this i suggest just leaving the head on the head pin bcuz its purpose is to stop the bead(s) from falling off. Its only necessary to to take if off and glue the bead to the end if you really hate how the flat bit looks, or if you're doing a single bead and dont want it to move.

  • @EvilAlyssa Covered that in the description. ;)

Leaving the end (or a loop) helps, but if you can find the perfect beads they will stay... I just happen to like the rounded finish because it looks more cartoon like and since I wanted black the silver stuck out... but I guess people could also paint the headpin tip.

  • i love them :) nice job :) i would love to make those i need some wire first lol

  • Omg ur sooooooooo creative! Btw I love ur vids!

  • Your instructions are so complete, and your voice is so pleasant to listen to. Good job.

  • Kudos on the homage to Tim Burton with this tutorial. The slope of the spiral, the alternating black and white. They all screamed Nightmare Before Christmas and Jack Skellington.

  • @Ziplkd Well, the movie came out in 1993... that means I got the movie for my 7th birthday.

So from the time I unwrapped it at 7 years old I've loved it ever since. =3

  • Just noticed that you don't get as many views these tutorials compared to your friendship bracelet tutorials hmm wonder why??....

  • @MissAppleNerd More people are into friendship bracelets I suppose. String is easy to come by and not everyone has the findings, beads, tools, etc. to do it.

  • omg tihs are so amaizing earings ,,, you make such a great job!!!

  • your so crafty! :)

  • Those earrings are so cute :)

  • Those are neat. =] I'm totally going to try and make some.

  • Can't wait to try thanks!!

  • omg cool!

  • Those are cool!

  • i really enjoy your videos great job

  • round wire from Beadalon should work. I use their wire for wire wrapping and it bends smooth and easy.

  • @MAMA2TRES Hm... Well, I need something about 18-20g so maybe I'll check Amazon or Ebay for their brand and see if they carry the size I'm looking for. Thanks.
