@macjanwil Thanks for the video. However, in my opinion the chords in the verse and over the riff are not correct.
You are playing: Em - F - G - G
You should be playing: Em - Fmaj7 - Em - G
If you play the riff att the 7th and the 8th frets insted and only strumm the top 3 or 4 strings you get the right sound. You can also substitute the Fmaj7 at the 8th fret for a Am7 on the 5th fret. Also, try to incorporate a D/F# and a D as passing chords in the chorus. This you do back down the neck.
i dont get why people ask for strumming patterns, just listen to the song and you can hear it, what are people expected to say , up,down, down,up,up wouldnt make any sense

I thihnk he played the barre chords higher up on the neck in the song. So, right chords, wrong position, the tone is like night and day.

What is the chord progression?
Condortheburninator 2 years ago
It`s basically Emin, Fmaj, Gmaj all through the song. Also an occasional Dmaj.

I honestly could'nt tell you the strumming pattern - sorry. Think I just played along to the tune - it has quite a solid rythm to it.
