to be more efficient you can go around the world collecting leather strips and ore and then go to white run turn them all into strips or ingots then do it you'll have about 80-100ingots and 120-150strips :)

Another way to LVL up fast is go to the Sky forge un Whiterun and ask for traininf in smithing then Pickpoket him do it ovr n ovr

@abhaammm the best place to buy ingots is to fast travel between solitude, whiterun, markrarth(or however u spell it). I make money by selling shit from quest the best quest is the one for the museum but you have to be lvl 20 you get about 10k worth of stuff from it.
