  • teach her a better way of gripping the gun with her weak hand...cupping is sloppy....

    I agree though, I love my 9ve....

  • I pick up my SW9VE on tuesday after 4:00!! im stoked

  • Comment removed

  • AIRSOFT!!!!!!!!!!!

  • i am thinkig of bying and it would be my first gun soo it is good?

  • hey mikey i think she likes it

  • i have the sigma .40 and i dont really like it... i can pull the trigger three time and they go in three different places.., my colt 1911 .45 is sooooo accurate i can hit golf balls at 25 yards at least.

  • Sounds like the shooter. I am a surgeon with my .40 Sigma and I can piss on a golf ball at 25 yards more accurate than a Colt 1911

  • its not the shooter, not to toot my own horn im a pretty damn good shot... the s&w sigma is a cheaply made gun.

  • Do a limp wrist test with the Sigma vs a Glock and see who fails. I promise the Glock will fail

  • i dont doubt that but all im saying is that i prefer a 1911 over a sigma

  • i love people who know nothing to which they talk about......

  • so your saying that the sigma is not a cheap gun?

colt .45 are fuckin' awesome and i'd take my s&w .357 over both of them

  • @ELMartiin , no, it's usually the shooter, and ever since they released the "enhanced" model, the gun only got better.

I can shoot the sigma better then my friends $1000.00 kimber!

  • i agree this is a good gun people exspect to much from guns but out of all i love sigs if u ever get a chance shoot it

  • It is inexpensive no doubt, but ask the several 100,000 people that own a sigma and have the last 10-15 years without a single failure and ask them if they think the sigma is a cheaply made gun.

  • @Derail07 HAHAHAHAHAHAHA OHH MAN THATS AWESOME, SIGMA VS COLT 1911 HAHAHAHA WOW YOUR ARE A FUNNY GUY. THE COLT 1911 REVOLUTIONIZED 1911 PISTOLS AND THE SIGMA IS PROBBALY THE WORST GUN S&W MAKES AND S&W IS A BOTTOM FEEDER IN TODAYS MARKET. PLEASE DO RESEARCH BEFORE YOU SAY STUPID SHIT. THERES A REASON WHY EVERY GUN DEALER IS LETTING SIGMA'S FLY OUT THE DOOR 2 FOR 1.

  • I prefere the s&w sigma seriese way more then the glock

  • Sigmas don't have the best triggers out there, but they will do the job if need be, accurate enough, and reasonably priced. Can't ask for much more than that.

  • if you get the trigger fixed they are very nice guns i love mine

  • i like the .40 better stronger and more powerful shells cost more though which sucks

  • That is so true. Just recently purchased a .357 Magnum and boy do I pay out with that caliber.

  • with the 357 you can always use 38 special to save money if you are just plinking or cutting paper with it.

  • I agree... the only reason im getting the 9mm instead of .40 is because the ammo is cheaper.

  • I own a Ruger p90 (.45) but can't afford to shoot the damn thing often, so picked up one of these Sigmas in 9mm, it's a great range piece to practice on a regular basis with.

  • WTG Iris....

  • ahaha the shell hit her in the domeee

i miss that gun shouldve never sold it

ohwell i gues i felt to over powerful

  • 40. cal 9mm is not too powerful at all

  • thats funny i got that same exact 9mm to i cant get a female to it once at a gun range so im very suprised tsee a irl shooting it

  • I bought one for protection and I was wondering if it's ok to keep a magazine partially loaded for months even years at a time without hurting the spring?

  • I have one and I wouldn`t do it,constant pressure on the spring for a long period is bad for it

  • Leaving a magazine loaded for a long time will not hurt it at all. It's the cycling of that fatigues the spring. At any rate, S&W will fix it for free and it would take many years of regular use anyway. If you are worried about it, just put 10 in the mag. That won't compress the spring all the way down. It's a good dependable gun. You made a good choice. Mine has over 2,000 rounds through it (since 3-05) and it's been perfectly reliable and very accurate.

  • Thank you.

  • i own a sigma 9v (the older one) the trigger is long, but smooth. Its not very accurate, but the chick in this vid has no clue how to shoot.

  • my dad had a sigma .40 caliber. even when shooting from a rest none of us could hit consistently with it. this is no reflection on smith and wesson. their revolvers are very accurate.

  • Try pulling the trigger really slowly to get the slack out of it, then squeezing. It works for me.

  • Yeah.. I think the trigger throws people off. you have to pull it back and squeeeeze it..

  • Which of the Sigmas were the bad guns? Was it the early models? I read a lot of bad things about the sigma series. But the one I have fires everytime I pull the triger. I have a Sigma SW9C.

  • I heard that the first generation had frames that could crack. Also heard that about the new ones just not as much.

  • The old ones but if you send them to S&W they will probably replace it with the newer issue

  • i have the 9mm sigma and the trigger pull is bad. and for some reason i can shoot good with it. i cant shoot a target from 20 feet away. but with my 1911 45 i can shoot 75 feet away and hit the target every time.

  • I love my sigma, but it does have a trigger creep to it. That makes it hard to shoot dead on every pull. See if your local gunsmith can switch our trigger spring out.

  • howdy,,, thanks,, i saw a website on the s&w forums where the sell the trigger spring for like $20,, but forgot wat the site was,, thanks though,, ill be goin tomorow to shoot at the range

  • Nice video. I have a S&W M&P40c. Almost no recoil, 100% no hiccups, flawless... S&W did their homework on the new M&P series.

  • just bought a m&p 9, feel the same way, same price as a glock, BEFORE the rebate, and free clips, plus better safety features, and I dont feel like I'm holding a brick either

  • this isn't a glock and i hate glock for sueing S&W for making this

  • I have had my Sigma for a year. The only issue is the trigger pull. I Spent $20 bucks and now it is at 3.5lbs, which is sim. to a glock. I am going right now to get a Sigma .40 because S&W will give you two free mag. Glocks are a far better gun, but this is a great gun for a budget collector like me. Plus, this is just a back up/plinking gun.

  • howdy, just got the new sigma .40,, where did u get the trigger kit from?

  • Local gunsmith here in San Antonio Texas.

  • I'm thinking about a Sigma myself. I've seen them as low as $249 after the rebate.

  • I just brought me the S&W 9mm. Looks and feel good. I cant wait to let off 16 rds

  • So did you like how it shot?

  • after hearing some good reviews on the sigma and not so much bad reviews. I went to Turners and picked up one. Looks great and feels great, I hope it shoots great!

  • I have a S&W sigma and it is an awesome gun! i have fired well over 2,000 rounds through it with all kinds of different ammo (including +P rounds) and it has never misfired. it is also just as accurate and feels better in my hand than the old glock. so for the people that say they are "crap" guns they need to do their homework

  • I have Glock and Sigma both in 9mm. I find myself using the sigma more. even for carry.

  • I have a Sigma in 40S&W. Mine is great except for the hevy trigger pull. The first gen sigmas were crap but the new ones rock. I like my sigma better than my glock30 for carry.

  • There is a spring kit for $20 bucks at most gunsmith shops that brings it down to 3.5 lbs.

  • sigmas are what ?? havent had any problems with mine whatsoever .half the price of a glock and so far same performance here .

  • they all do the job. Gun + Bullet = Kill

  • Its more like Gun+Aim+Bullet+Trigger Pull+Bang+Hit=Kill. Gun+Bullet=Kill if a hit is assumed, if not, you could miss.

  • sigmas ARE shit.

I'd go with the Cz75. Col. jeff cooper knows more about handguns than me anyways, hesaid the cz75 is the only acceptable replacement for a 1911.

  • Sigmas are shit. If you want a reasonably priced DAO 9mm you should go with a Springfield XD (my personal favorite) or a Glock.
