If you look at the radiator tube line, it looks like a design problem in the making. So the engine mounts settle a bit, and the radiator gets put back in a 1/16 " over and there's just more tension, that will load up that joint. Re solder it. Look at putting a web on it or even just a couple of copper wires ( 1/16"), to help spread the load.
@magna59 Good tip, I have not ran this thing in a long time (over a year) so I dont know how it will hold up. If I do, and it cracks again I will try this tip!
