I need Help. I have windows vista and i followed all the instruction that was mention on this computer up until 5:40 on the video. when i click ok i get the error message "No USB smart card device found" Is there any other trouble shooting steps that can help??
Did you run the driver update first? How does your SCR-331 show up in Device manager?
