Watch that series again. The Lakers were simply arrogant. They scored quite easily and when the Lakers score easy, they tend to not care. Also the Houston Rockets relied on the Lakers' inability to stay consistent through an entire game. I thought the Lakers could have beaten the Rockets in 5. Even Battier was shocked that they lasted that long. Artest really did not have anything to do with it because Battier can guard Kobe just as well as Artest can. Problem was that Rockets had no go-to guy.
