the guy on the left in the suit strikes me as being (in his younger years) that kid that was beat up everyday on the playground.....also, I literally do not agree with ANYTHING they said about the Little Mermaid EXCEPT that "sherie rene scott's voice is marvelous" and "seirra boggess is graceful"
i really didn't like how they said the the sets were ugly! i think they did an amazing job but i think they could have added way more visuals and Ursula

The guy on the right gives a somewhat fair analysis. I agree with some of this, disagree with most. I do agree, it doesn't knock your socks of like The Lion King does but it is still a very good show and definitely a crowd pleaser. If you like the movie, you need to see this show. I loved it, one of the best shows I saw on Broadway.

I mean ok, maybe some of the costumes need work but some of them are very good like the pink, blue, ball and wedding dresses Ariel wears which I think are are beautiful. They even say at the end they generally liked the show. It just wasn't what everyone expected which was basically Lion King 2. I loved the play to death and I can't wait to see it again.

And the "technical term" was a killer. He should've consulted his kids for the precise terminology.
That said... I wonder if they were talking about Denver or Broadway, 'cause the costumes got a whole new feel for the final version.
