For sure it's a fake and a good one at that until you look closely. Aside from all the observations the most obvious is what happened to the waiting car on the other side of the road? Suddenly it wasn't there when you see the long shot of the rider lying on the road and there is no way it could have moved that fast otherwise it would be seen approaching the rider.
Of course its fake. The whole purpose of the bogus "TFKL Engineering" is rider safety, and they certainly wouldn't test their system with anything but a safety minded, competent rider. No good rider would ever think of pulling out that way.
