He doesnt owns them, he only won World competition and the first prize was right to play on them... But here in this video is not his Stradivarius violin, but some other, maybe that from Joseph Antonius Rocca...

Abn I think when he won his Stradivarius violin be sure, that he played Paganini's Caprice No.24 in his original hard version, if not, then he would never won world competition...
