@korvix I have but i see most natural bodybuilders use leg extensions and leg press and squats and their knees are fine and so are mine for that matter.
Obviously you're in great shape, but for your squats, would you not get a much better muscle workout by using a fuller range? (i'm saying this based upon your heavy set -140kg i think, where you didn't seem to be going anywhere near as low!)

@korvix why not leg press? leg extensions are good to pre exaust the quad and warm up your knee's to avoid injury.
