Oh, and yeah, if there were sinister implications to be gleaned from the phrase "new world order" in that context, she'd REALLY be dumb enough to say it out loud in a speech. That makes perfect sense. Hey, maybe there's another speech where she says in passing "our massive world-wide marxist plot to destroy capitalism and take over the world".
