Could you imagine how powerful it would be to hear a President give this speech now? (That is if Chaplin never gave it) Too bad we don't follow the words in this speech of his, I think it's the CHANGE the World needs.

Chaplin was a genius in many ways. Have you really ever watched any of his movies or read about his life? (amazing)
