After reading The Spirit of Lagaan book by Satyajit Bhatkal, who also made this documentary, I hunted for it on DVD for years, and finally found a copy...and it was all in Hindi! Even the interviews with the English actors who were interviewed in English were dubbed into it. I read Aamir Khan was planning to do two versions of Chale Chalo, one in HIndi and one in English but only the first came out. Come on Aamir, take pity on your US fans! Thanks chicagorapper for making it easier to find!
i watched the whole series of chale chalo and i just realise how hard is to make such a great movie like Lagaan. no wonder this guys are amazing. Even ashutosh, he worked days and nights to finish his dream project.... truly amazing and very very inspiring for others.
