Silverstein's version is great and all, but you don't hear any autotune on Chris's voice do you? I think that marks a clear distinction.

Silverstein takes punk and makes it "Softer" when they do their covers. I don't think they should be compared, as silverstein is taking it to their own genre to do their own thing with another genre of songs they love. I personally love both versions for different reasons.

I'm about to be redundant and self-defeating, but Silverstein should not be discussed on a Saves the Day video. Ever. Saves the Day is indisputably influential poppunk bands ever, and this song is one of the most beautifully simplistic they ever did. That being said, Silverstein did a cover of this song, that was more of an imitation. Silverstein did absolutely nothing unique with it, which is the point of covers- to add something new and unique to an existing song. Just stop that argument.
