  • Ubernothing have you heard of LifeTime, they sound like them and were considered Lifetime Jr when they first came out

  • @1thess523 THANK YOU. I'm glad someone mentioned LIFETIME. Jersey's best dancers is the wise older brother to this album.

  • This reminds me a lot of the Get Up Kids, which I'm sure influenced them. Love it. :)

  • @UberNothing saves the day came out about the same time, if not actually before TGUK, so they prob influenced each other :D

  • Chris Conley's voice> Shane Told's

  • @Crush40pwns- Shut up, you fucking twat <3

  • God this song makes me so happy. I haven't listened to this joint in fo eva, all you rock a billies listen up

  • since saves the day's hometown is like 30 minutes away from mine so their music always just reminds me of shit i do in my town and buildings and the sky and other stupid times ive had or seen while enjoying myself with my friends. this song brings nostalgia to me like nothing else.

  • This song just spells out my last 3 years =/

  • *sigh* There's always one.

  • Silverstein's version is great and all, but you don't hear any autotune on Chris's voice do you? I think that marks a clear distinction.

  • Silverstein takes punk and makes it "Softer" when they do their covers. I don't think they should be compared, as silverstein is taking it to their own genre to do their own thing with another genre of songs they love. I personally love both versions for different reasons.

  • I'm about to be redundant and self-defeating, but Silverstein should not be discussed on a Saves the Day video. Ever. Saves the Day is indisputably influential poppunk bands ever, and this song is one of the most beautifully simplistic they ever did. That being said, Silverstein did a cover of this song, that was more of an imitation. Silverstein did absolutely nothing unique with it, which is the point of covers- to add something new and unique to an existing song. Just stop that argument.

  • @Yeahreset well maybe they just wanted to play it for fun and possibly to improve on what they thought was a great song already

  • Silverstein version's better :3

  • @MysticalFlyingMonkey They are both unique. Chris has a different voice. Shane's voice is a lot smoother.

  • @WillsVargas89 Yeah, i know. But i just think Silverstein's version's better.

  • @WillsVargas89 or robotic (at least on that song).

  • @MysticalFlyingMonkey , no I would say that it's maybe just as good, I just listened to it and really didn't hear anything that made me say it was better. It is a good cover non the less

  • @1thess523 I think you're misunderstanding me or something. I didn't say STD's version's bad or anything, i just said that *I* think that Silverstein's better xD

  • @MysticalFlyingMonkey , I understood what you were saying.

  • @1thess523 I have to agree with you that Silverstein's cover is better. I think Shane's voice sounds better...

  • @MysticalFlyingMonkey Of all the band abbreviations people use...Save the Day shouldn't be one of them

    ...just saying...

  • @darkn3ssinzer0 In England, we use STI so...

  • @MysticalFlyingMonkey Strange. But you did completely understand what I meant, though.

  • @darkn3ssinzer0 Oh, yeah, i understood... i just wanted to be a twat about it...

  • @MysticalFlyingMonkey haha, alright

  • @MysticalFlyingMonkey Ill have to agree with you, I think shanes vocals are much better... having said that, ill admit to being a little biased towards silverstein haha

  • @zXTwIzTeDxMeTaLXz Sure his vocals are better, he used autotune.

  • @MysticalFlyingMonkey 100% agreed

  • @MysticalFlyingMonkey bro silverstein fucking sucks this is the original bro, saves the day is the only one who can do it

  • @rakehead6 Lies!

  • Is better Silverstein's version.

  • @yeiut no

  • team richard

  • I'm going through this right now.

  • @TheMooseVlogs Bummer bro. You should probably stop listening to songs like this, because it's only going to bum you out even more.

  • @richardsucksx FUCK OFF RICHARD... OH SHOULD I TELL U EVERYTHING.. O I'M FEELIN OUT OF LUCK SO I WON'T SEE YOU SOON Cuz i knoW IT'S TOO SOON FOR YOU TO SEE ME

  • @NightOfTha44 Could you tell me the next time that you're choking?

I'll run right over to shove some dirt right down your throat.

  • @richardsucksx I see what you're saying, but the point of this music is so people can relate to it. The magic behind it, is it helps you get through, because you know someone else feels what you do. I've had this before, relation leads to feeling better.

  • @rememberable Every one deals with it in their own way. I usually prefer to listen to something uplifting.

  • @TheMooseVlogs Richard kinda has a point. Don't listen to emo when you are depressed. Listen to upBeat stuff like dance music or Reggae.

  • just beautiful.

  • first-ish!
