  • Aerosmith's best album, turn it all the way up and do it justice!

  • AEROSMITH F-O-R-E-V-E-R

  • i actually saw aerosmith when i was in juinor high school!!! before they became famous, me and some home boys snuck into the high school cafeteria. i heard them playing train kept a rolling, we hooked up with some buddys and went out to get high and drink, a few weeks later i heard they hit it big time on a show called community auditions, and the rest they say is history, it just was so dam cool to have seen them while they were doing high schools i will cherish them memories forever. PEACE ALL

  • @topcatroar61oliosc how do i believe that?

  • @myutoobchannel why not..when they broke up..this is the rock in a hard place tour ..in west hartford they came to a place called stage west..steven was out of his mind drunk high..whatever..after the show i had no ride home..they gave me a ride home on the tour bus....and when joe perry came out with his solo lp let the music do the talking he went to the same place i sat on stage including on top of his speakers..different time my friend...way different..so believe it or not..

  • @topcatroar61oliosc born 28 years to late

  • I don't care how old you are this song makes me feel like partying till I puke!!!

  • @AbbyCadaver01 im 48 & Will do the same right along wit ya girl......rockon

  • My Childhood :)

  • it is very difficult for any band to perform like aerosmith they are special and they don't do this only for money

  • From The First To This One Are The Best. After That They Started To Bomb Out. Seen Them In The Kingdome After This Came Out. Wish I Could Go Back.

  • This and "Toys In The Attic" are the best.

  • I was ten when this came out-wore the grooves out then-wearem out now-funky an fantaboulas!!!!!!!!

  • Definitely their best album, for those "in the know"...

  • why did i lose this cd, thank god for youtube.

  • Aerosmith at its best !

  • freakin' Awesome. The Boys at their finest.

  • rocks- o i sooo missed from my impreshenable years!

  • Isn't this supposed to be Aerosmith most hard rockin' 70's album?

  • Aerosmith is so fucking good.

  • they are

  • This tune is punk rock at its finest. Fuck the Pistols and Iggy. Tyler is the greatest gutter rat! LOL!

  • song is great but Iggy never made bs like Crazy and never miss a thing

  • Tyler was probably just as fucked up as Iggy Pop and Johnny Rotten from all the

excess rock 'n' roll life style back then.

  • @THRASHFKINFILLETS that's why this album is fuckin' good!

  • If it weren't for this video, there would be no Gorgoroth or Cyndi Lauper.

  • simply phresh

  • I can see Guns 'n Roses doing this one too.

  • aerosmith rocks!

  • the solo around minute 2 reminds me of pagey =) i love perry

  • one of the greatest songs by the one of the greatest band ever,

  • well said!!!!!!!

  • tha song is AMAZING!!!!!!!!

it sounds kind of like the yardbirds!

  • The best album of Aero

  • I totally agree with u, if it weren't for this album there wud b no

    Slash, or James Hetfeild!!!!

  • yeah! and no kirk hammet and no bon jovi.

  • haha! kirk hammets overrated he plays way too long it bores me! and hes a fraud.

    as 4 bon jovi

    hes a homo! lol.

  • yeah, but the important thing is ^A^ influenced them!

also with testament, a really good thrash metal band.

  • sorry i lost my nerve there,

but yea, thats true testament rules!!!

how eva with slash, i love his new band velvet revlover!!!

    i dont axl..

  • i mean i dont like axl rose.

    lol.

  • @altyair I agree!!!

  • @altyair I totally agree. Rocks is hands down their best album. We must keep the story alive of the real Aerosmith. The kids these days don't even know the true Aerosmitty. Pre-Draw the Line Aerosmith was one of the best American rock bands of the 70's. Permanent Vacation was the beginning of a new band that has been watering down a once gigantic legacy. Oh well, just had to agree with your post, sorry for the rant.

  • @drlepper72 I agree about Rocks being the best album, but I think it's not by far. Aerosmith and Get your wings are AMAZING, they might be a little more inmature than rocks regarding sound and arrangements, but their songs are just awesome. Toys in the attic is an excellent album too, but a little lower in compositions quality. Draw the Line has a more crude sound, I like that a lot... songs like Critical Mass are excelent... Night in the ruts, rock in a hard place and done with mirrors rox too.

  • By far their best work, this disc rips!

  • WHY can't I buy this song on Itunes!!! There is like 8 covers and even an acoustic but I cant buy the original. I guess I'll just have to buy the entire album...lol...

  • best aerosmith album

  • the hole lp ROCKS!!!!

  • foi essa musica que levou Slash para a guitarra,legal,amei..

  • Favorite album by them....awesome!

If you like good hard rock/metal....check out the videos we have up!

  • excellent!!!!!!!!

  • I think this song is so AWESOME. I just got guitar hero aerosmith.. Most of the songs were a bit quiet. Then I buoght this one (in guitar hero) and I was like DAMN dat rocks xD

  • AEROOOOOOOOOOOOO

    SMITHHHHHHHHHHHH

  • This is the only Aerosmith album I listen to. This is the only Aerosmith album I let my kids listen to.

  • if u dont mind me asking, why is it the only aerosmith album u listen to and let ur kids listen to

  • bullshit

  • Van Halen was pop band

  • Um, no.

  • Um yes.

  • "ROCKS" ROCKS! XD

  • I vote hard rock. I saw them in concert at least twice in the late 70's when they were still raw and Steven Tyler was nuts! It was GREAT. Hard rock at it's finest!

  • You misunderstood what I was saying,

    MeanrBeanr.

I disagree with "everything" being called "Rock & Roll. I was making a point that even without the "roll", the boogie beat, they still call it Rock & Roll, which isn't right.

When you say "Aerosmith isn't heavy metal, it's hard rock", I agree with you because you're talking in present tense, not past.

They're a very, VERY, different band nowadays.

  • No, it's heavy metal, riden1234567.

Everything is called "rock and roll" nowadays but Aerosmith really WAS a rock and roll band, in the heavy metal vein.

  • Aerosmith isn't heavy metal, it's hard rock.

A very clear and obvious distinction.

Since you say "everything is called "rock and roll" nowadays"...do you consider the Jonus Brothers or whatever "rock and roll'? Please, do not disrespect the genre, thanks

  • this is james hetfield´s favorite album

  • It's also Slash's favourite album... I read in his biography! :)

  • Me to.

    Its an Autobiogarpy

  • Slash has always had great taste. Look at the music he plays! All of Appetite for Destruction, Slither by Velvet Revolver, among others. That guy's just plain talented.

  • he learned how to play guitar because he heard this album.

  • I just read it in this weeks KERRANG :D

  • Very good album, but my favourite: Led Zeppelin IV

  • Maybe the very best heavy metal album of all time, my favorite for sure. Back in Black isn't too far behind though.

Aerosmith at their peak, nothing like it.

  • its hard rock not heavy metl

  • Hahahaha what an idiot

  • really....

  • u blind fuck...

  • And I like Shakira's original Back in Black better than AC-DC's old cover version . . .

  • you do know ACDC wrote back in black in 1980 and it wasnt a cover version because they wrote it right?

  • Yeah man!!! I was just chucking that in the mix to see what would happen ;)

I found the shikira version whilst rummaging around on youtube and thought it so hideous others should be made aware of its existance!

Cool band name btw, mine was called *Dreamscape* :D

How hard do you ROCK? Are you a Slight Mineral kind of a band or more of a Volcano Of Wanton Destruction?

  • Best hard rock album of the 70s. Most influential too, Slash and Nikki Sixx sight this album as the reason they started playing--ironic as slash with GnR had the best hard rock album of the 80s. Aerosmith were at their zenith here and Perry wrote most of the album stoned on herion while laying on the floor. \M/

  • this is a very influental album but nikki sixx started playing for aerosmiths debut

  • Yeah I heard him sight that too, but I have read a couple of interviews where he claims it was "Rocks" that really made him focus and think about songwriting more than he had before. To be honest, I guess it really depended on the drug Nikki was on at the time, during the interview, that determined the answer given back in the 80s. LOL

  • FUCKING YAAWESOME

  • I know what you mean malmswax....it's one of the albums I recommend to newcomers to the hard rock scene.

  • FFUCKINNNG ROOXXXX !!!!

  • This album has strange and unexplainable power. It is sinister.

  • muy bueno
