  • I was at that game - went with my grandad. Happy memories. I think Frank Worthington got a hattrick for Leicester too, game ended 3-3

  • i remember a birmingham car dealer offered a free car to any blues player who scored a hat trick.... no-one had done it for years...i think it took ken less than a month to claim prize lol...i think the dealer felt somewhat ill :)

  • @7777blues it was a tr7 triumph ah the good old days ,,i rem this game traveled on train with a mate

  • @mrhitmanisback great...feedback....my..friend,,:)

  • I was there that day , most other matches had been called off but thousands of blues fans went there because Leicester had a hot ballon they used to spread across the pitch to protect it, but it broke and the police faced with 3,000 blues fans forced Leicester to play the match !

  • Have to say, shocking play by Leicester's no 4 about half a minute into this clip - you'd never see that these days!

  • I remember this was on Match of the Day as was Arsenal-Newcastle which was 5-3. 16 goals in 2 games.

    God I love the seventies.

  • i was there kenny won a car
