@GrendelBoglin If you can track down the shop they filmed LB1 at (it was a real comic store, they are still in business but their location has changed) and ask nicely they might let you hold the prop comic used in filming, that production gave them... a couple friends of mine have actually done it and came back with photo proof.

@VilaWolf Thanks for the link. Also, if you look on the comic it said "Blackthorne publishing" So I looked that up, there is a comic producer known as Blackthorne Publishing. So who knows? Maybe there's a few other comics of Vampires Everywhere.

@GrendelBoglin I think they might have gone under in the 80s. Didn't they specialize in 3D comics or something? I know there was a fan out there who was going to make his own copy of Vampires Everywhere, using screen caps from the movie and filling in the blanks as he thought it would have looked, but I don't know if he ever finished or not. It might also be a lore based eater-egg as Blackthorn stakes are highly valued in Romania for their ability to combat the undead.

@VilaWolf Well, they did have a comic called "Werewolves 3D" so if they made that, there ought to be an vampire comic of theirs somewhere. And Corey Feldman was also talking about if the success of Lost Boys: The Thirst, is good egnough, they may make another comic series. So they may release a "spin-off" comic of Vampires Everywhere.

Apparently the writers of the sequel never saw the original. It would work in the frog juice ... traditionally garlic was used to make the blood taste bitter making you less likely to be attacked.
