The Ref clearly saw the tap and the armbar. Mavrick is a tough guy, but his arm was clearly caught. It's just good that we are talking back and forth about the tap. What if Pat King had broken Mavricks arm??? Then this talk would be be really nasty!!!

Tap or not, Pat King was clearly more calm and in control...just listen to the announcer. Also, by the Ref's reaction, along with the crowds, its obvious who won. Besides, dont you think the crowd would have booed if the win wasn't justified!
