Yemen has many lovely reforms on paper, but they are not implemented. They must look at the root causes in the economy, corruption, and massive mismanagement. And aid cannot solve the issues, any more cash to a thief is like fuel on the fire. The nation must root out mismanagement and pull itself together, and attract investment and business, not fight against business. Corruption, petty from lower officials, and larger from ministers, is a war against business and the cause of lawlessness.
