We just got the rebuilt engine in our 26 coupe started. We have chosen not to put on a water pump. Why do you have one? They are not needed and only cause the car to be less reliable. The earliest model T Fords did acutally have a pump but then it was later taken off because it was realized that the water circulated fine without it. I removed one of those comcnets because I mispelled a couple of words. Runs great.
@Schutzstaffel23 This is not my video or my engine but this is a four cylinder 20 horsepower engine with a bore of 3 3/4 inches and a stroke of 4 inches. For a 1927 engine the compression ratio should be 3.98 to 1. The valves are in the block. The transmissions have 2 speeds forward and one reverse controlled through three pedals. The left opperating both forward speeds the center reverse and the pedal on the right is the transmission brake. If I missed something please ask.
There was an aftermarket head/SOHC for these called the RAJO that would double the horsepower.
