@SaiKarann007 no. the impact proficiency in mw3 does nothing to sniper rifles whatsoever. when tested, it rarely even affects whether 2 shot kill through a wall will be a one shot. i would definately not use it. speed ,focus and stability are the best proficiencies for snipers
