I used to use Sony Vegas and really liked the way it handled audio, and now I just got Adobe Premiere and hate how it handles audio I'm going to have to start using some of the other audio mixing software they have.

@Vaughnlesterinoz haha exactly:D Well i hate how premiere is handling video aswell. Whole transition system is so crap. Vegas solved it so much better.

And unable to place effect on whole layer? or add some adjustment layer? Thats retarded.

+ vegas´s velocite line for speed or volume is timesaver.

Premiere is so user-unfriendly BUT there is one huuuuuuuge +. Compatibility with after effects:)

@Mazarin1k Yes, it was the compatibility with After Effects that got me to try Premiere, and I was also having issues rendering in Sony Vegas which I haven't had so far with Premiere. I have twice as many options with rendering and it doesn't cancel half way so far.

Then i moved to premiere. Edited more than hundred videos in past months and not a single crash:)))) Solid software, maybe not that amazing.....but stable

Mazarini, Sony Vegas is great for audio editing. You don't need another program because Sony Vegas has the same way of audio editing as Sony Acid Pro. Acid Pro just has some extra features that aren't really necessary. You should continue to use Vegas for audio editing.

Hey Maz, ever heard of Audacity? it's a music mixing freeware, where you can create your entire own tracks just like you did in vegas, and then render the entire song. Try it!
