  • Compare this horn to the P3. Same notes, but notice the P3 has a more "brassy" quality to its sound.

  • The P series and M series play the same musical notes. Every horn has their own unique sound.. They might be tuned to sound one way, however over time they develope their own "personality"

  • Ok that was so good, I think MTA needs to put it on every LIRR and MNRR locomotive and cab.

  • Believe it or not back in the 70's and 80s LIRR had them on most of their engines. But yes it was impressive. The crew and i felt like we died and came back.
