@UberLuka ... I would love to explain to you on how they are solving issues.. But I have done it so many times I will not even try anymore. I have an ATI card which the game has a lot of issues but sometimes I get to play at playable rates and even record. I'm just being patience for patches to finally end the lag on PC. I did not waste my money, no games are ever perfect on release day, even BC2 had lag issues for a month or 2. By the way, the team based is much better than BC2.

In order to show up on Radar you must be "spotted" by your enemy. If you see someone the radar shows your whole team where they are. You obviously weren't being as stealthy as you thought because if no one sees you you will not show up on radar.

Hey TT (or do you prefer Tang?) Very nice preview, just wanted to let you know re: the radar... enemies only appear on it if you've seen or heard them or a teammate spots them & they disappear once you lose track of them. So it's very easy to sneak up on people if you're actually sneaking. Even easier if you put a silencer. In the vid where you're talking about the radar, you'll notice there's only 2 or 3 guys on the radar, because they're the only ones you "know about" at that moment :)

im pretty sure on ps3 itl be r2 not r1. usually in ps3 to xbox or vise versa the buttons are switched according to role. so ads in most shooters is right trigger on xbox but r1 on the ps3

dont know if this was said in any of the other comments but as it stands now you show up on radar when A. your spotted by an enemy B. while sprinting near enemies and C. when you fire your weapon .. however there are "perks" if you will that all you to have silent footsteps aka "ninja" so your movement doesnt trigger the radar and suppressors do the same thing as in cod so the radar can be almost completely avoidable

Not sure if anyone's posted this yet. Operatives can disguise as enemies (like the TF2 spy) and therefore not show up as a red dot on the radar. If you want to sneak behind enemy lines and use flanking, play an Operative and you're all set. There are likely other ways to counter the radar as well.

There are ways to counter the things that make you show up on the radar that you hate so much.

- Counters for being spotted – hide or kill the guy(s) that spotted you.

- Counters for sprinting to close to an enemy – buy the silent footsteps ability

- Counters for firing your weapon – use a silencer

I was just agreeing with you but then I came to this thought, most likely there will be a class dedicated solely to covert operations. Those who are not covert will most likely be a heavy/support role and will depend on the radar so to hold defensive positions while the covert ops guys will be looking to get the surprise kill. Now the cool part is that there will be people on your team that will be seeking out those covert ops players. Now that sounds effen cool. :)

PC, Yes. Crysis 2 has taken a lot out of the game that made crysis 1 great, You longer feel like you are the weapon with the nanosuit changes. Imo i believe the PC community is sick of the style COD has gone and its looking more for more of a Team-Based shooter.
