  • Very beautiful movements! Great work!

  • Thank you so much!

  • beautiful horse :D

  • Thank you ! :D

  • Thank you vm! I have to give my trainer the "good hands" credit though as it is her riding him in the vids. :-)

  • Well tell her i give her huge props for her riding style because i know its really hard to do. hah i bet its just amazing to be on a huge horse like that. Hows their gate feel?

  • Thanks.. i'll let her know! =) I think it's an awesome feeling - they are all very different. One of my geldings has a very thrusting forward/backward feel, another is very lofty, bouncing you up high but w/ lots of cadence and steady rythym. And Prophet, although very animated, is often extremely smooth in the trot but his canter (epsecially upon launch <-- which I call it) can unseat you if you aren't prepared. :-)

  • thats really cool. I'm trying to get into some dressage lessons on a friesian near by where i live. i cant wait haha. i'v always wanted to ride a Friesian.

  • He's exquisite 4bhp! Lovely movement and he looks like he has no problems moving uphill. Seems very light in hand for a Friesian. How long has he been in training? I'm in South Africa and I have an 8year old Friesian gelding who will be starting with Jorge Pereira this year. Not the kind of amazing breeding as yours but still a wonderful boy. They are so willing and spirited that they will go all the way for their owners. Lovely vid. You have a real star on your hands:)

  • Thank you so much! And you are correct.. uphill is not a problem for him.. :-)

  • AMAZING VIDEO!!!!

  • Thank you! :-)

  • Okay, the song is hilarious! Just the context I suppose...=D I am Prophet's homie! lol, wishing everyone well =]

  • Not exactly your classical dressage music, I know. More like "Friesians in the Hood"! =D

I thought the music went w/ his gaits & was kinda fun for a change even though the lyrics are.. um.. questionable? ;-)

  • Nice horse. I bought a friesian mare in the summer, have given her the winter off and am hoping to compete her in dressage when she is ready. Very excited although I think it may take me a while to get used her huge friesian paces.

  • Thank you! And yes, they can be BIG movers. But don't worry, you'll get use to it before long. :-)

  • Wow! I love the video and the music. Stunning horse!!

  • What a nice comment! Thank you!

  • I'm also waiting till next summer to show my beautiful Friesian boy! Your video is quite an encouragement!

  • THIS is why we own Friesians. I can hardly wait to start this journey with my new mare!GK

  • Thank you! Good luck w/ your mare... i'll be keeping an eye out for her vids! :-)

  • Fantastic !

  • Beautiful!
