The Dark Spire is the most traditional style of RPG games you are going to get. dragon warrior 1 on the NES taught me Olde English. dark spire is on the DS. classic RPG goodness ala dungeons and dragons

i love the overworld of dragonquest but the battle system always left much to be desired *at least for me -__- as far as sonic unleashed the stupid "werehog" thing kinda dropped the ball on the game but like you said the day time stages were A+

I got Deus EX the other day. Also about two weeks ago I bought original black labeled PS2 game and it was brand new never been opened. Guess what it was Final Fantasy 12. I only paid $4.00 for it at Sears. lol now that is a bargain. "I'll buy that for a dollar". hahaha

Catherine is too good ! It's original, nice voice actors, great story,etc... And the others games that coming out later this year i know there will be great like Batman, Uncharted 3, Skyrim,etc I can't fuckin' wait for those too and Deus Ex is freakin' awesome too... But they are all sequel so Catherine it's the GOTY !

Oh man, I love Catherine. Even though it's one of those games I get pissed off at because I suck at puzzle games, I still love it. And I was kinda surprised that some of the voice actors that i know (not personally) were doing the voices for this game. It's one of the best games I own.

Regarding Catherine: You couldn't have completed it on Normal. If you did with no help then make a walkthrough because that difficulty is just insane and I have yet to meet anyone who completed that game on Normal.
