Thank you for this video; there are many businesses that should have their customer service people watch this!! Common sense has gone out the window and you did a very good explaining how and why you should answer a business phone the way you have!
One point I would add is that if you are answering a business phone line, you should ALWAYS say the name of the company. As part of my job I have to call many small companies, often 1-person operations, and when the just answer "hello" I often wonder if I dialed incorrectly, and I have to ask "is this company X?"
excellent advice also bear in mind that when you smile you relax certain muscles allowing you to sound better. many good call centers teach their employees this.

Well, it's good advice, except for the HELLO at the end part. The HELLO should come at the beginning. If it comes at the end, it seems rude.
