I had this surgery more than 10 years ago and it really changed my life for good. No pain, at all and will definitly recomend it for people with large myopia issue.

I had this done about 15 years ago, it was very different back then. had a general anesthetic. Think I would probably have a panic attack if i had it done with only a local anesthetic.

You'd probably be awake, as they usually give you a local anesthetic so that your eye doesn't blink or twitch. It wouldn't hurt at all and it would be a lot easier for you
