This may be a very late response to the comment of "gurrood" but serves to enlighten others about diversity. The dialect 'Ilocano' itself has many variations, hence the difference in accents, wordings, meanings and even spelling. The singer's Ilocano is of the highlands/cordilleras, hence the lyrics. What needs to be fixed?
...i acknowledge about "diversity", but , it is very evident that the lyrics are iloko words, hence, it's nice to hear if the lyrics are arrange in a correct manner (grammar) such that the messages it want to convey are not mix-up. The article "ti" was misused, Wrong choice of words, if only the correct/appropriate words have been used, it will surely add class and "elegance" to the song...Mine is just a suggestion and it's not meant to offend anybody especially the songwriter and singer...
@gurrood wrong choice of word?what's your problem mate?it doesnt matter you know as long as the singer is good...we have different wayz of presenting songs so i guess we all have to do is listen to the song and not to critisize it cos we are all igorot anyways......lets just be cool....

...the singer has excellent voice, i would suggest that next time when you sing an ilokano song have the lyrics fix by an ilokano...
