I'm downloading your vids. Im just starting out with Mauy Thai and you're very motivating and inspirational. Really like the wavemaster grappling too ;op Daz
@belphegor79 thank you for your kind words. Yes, having a good coach is the big difference, in addition to dedication. I also feel that I continue to improve every week and it helps to review my old videos to see the difference, I am hoping that I won't reach a plateau anytime soon.
@CuppaWorkout Youre holding back in your punches and your kicks. You would be a lot more powerful if you put everything you had into every punch and kick. Good work though, im sure you could even kick the ass of most american guys XD
That's the one I do! (but shadowboxing). Wow, I mean you looked good before but now you really look fantastic! Like that you mix some elbows in there too! Did you fill your wavemaster all the way up with water/sand? You're sort of getting a break when you have to push it back mid-round. Or are you just doing for the video? Just saying...;)
@gabepizza lol...no, it's not a break because those things are heavy and the hardwood in my patio is slippery so it took a lot more balancing to push that thing around. Besides, I added extra punch or extra kick here and there lol.
Anyways, I filled it with water. I hate the wavemaster, it has its purpose but I need more than that to train at home. I am looking into cleaning my garage and buy 100+ lb heavy bag instead. Need to save money first though cause that stuff is not cheap :(
