  • BRITISH POWER!!!

  • this song is sooooo amazing !

  • UNDERRATED??? THIS SONG IS UMBELIEVEBLE, I LOVE IT MAN

  • stop typin n enjoy the music.....

  • Love the chorus, can't help singing to it every time :)

  • we could be millionairesssss :D

  • Americans should stick to being inbreds and British should sick with being successful with these Lad beats.

  • @WeDefineSkill inbreds? LOL

  • @TheDangflabbits Yes, Imbreds what Americans are knowen for mate.

  • @WeDefineSkill Maybe in your country lmao. The country hick Americans who live in the mountains are imbreds... which is like 1/30 of the population. Every country learns about countries differently. We're all ignorant in our own ways ;)

  • I love !

  • does anyone know which example song is about festivals?

  • @BradCunnington wait... i know what im trying to say is on the tip of my tounge...

  • @BradCunnington its called fuck you bradcunnington

  • Could hear that song the whole day ♥ -masterpiece

  • If I could listen to only one song for the rest of my life, this would be the song!

  • Oh his voice mmmmnmm..lol

  • British music is a lot better than American music.

  • @hipsterkatiee Holy shit, that is the most subjective comment I've ever heard. American music industry > rest of the world. If it's better, why do the English buy our American "shit" then?

  • @TKMSeznam12 Just b/c it sells doesn't make it good, typical american 'WE ARE BIG AND HAVE MONEY THEREFORE WIN.' British popular music has much more musical value than current american pop, which is churned out at a high frequency to a formula. But yeah you sell a lot; bravo?

  • @BarakzaiKings I'm not sure how else you plan on judging the quality of music? Of course I don't consider Gaga or that shit any good - but just because it DOESN'T sell doesn't mean IT IS good. Typical Hipster mentality - "It's obscure so it's realllllyyyyy good!". Bullshit - it sucks that's why no one listens to it. Example is my favorite artist hands down in this genre. How do you judge "Musical Value" other than personal bias? Chevelle is the best band, pound for pound btw.

  • @TKMSeznam12 Obviously you're not used to a logical progression of debates. I didn't say anything obscure was good, i said the converse; just because something sells, doesn't make it good. And i said that because you invoked the size the the 'american music industry' as a measure of the the quality of american music. I think british pop music is better because i find it more technically varied, experimental, and inclusive of sub-genre's. US pop music has become very formulaic.

  • @BarakzaiKings The term "Pop" automatically provokes the word "boring". Both British and American "Pop" scenes are robotic, boring, and one-sided. American Indie, Rock, Hip Hop, and nearly all other types of music - except for Example's type (not sure what it's even catagorized as) - is more diverse, experimental, colorful, and simply sounds better. It's always a matter of opinion, and you will always be a tea-drinking Brit and I'll always be a Yankee. Let it go.

  • @BarakzaiKings That's because you only hear the American music that is pushed through the media and not the sub-genres which America has just as much as the UK. I do think the accents make it cooler though, in my opinion.

  • @TheDangflabbits Ha i do know the sub-genres! I live in America now!

  • @BarakzaiKings i like subgenres of both american and british music, but if were talking mainsteam music, british is definatley better ^_^

  • @TKMSeznam12 Because they haven't heard Example.

  • @hipsterkatiee props from ger

  • If I had a quarter for every time I pressed the replay button, I'd be a millionaire. :O!

im thinking of singing this to her but im really shy :(

  • @scottish1994 You so should ! You'll regret it otherwise, and you'll always wonder what would be if you had sung it to her.My advice - sing it,and she'll realise what you had together.Never be afraid to be who you are ! Good luck ! :)

  • Does anyone know who sings the chorus?

  • @katygoldspinkyeah Jamie Scott

  • this was a good song till that girly guy started singing

  • great song :D <3.

  • its 100% coin, but then again who cares? i know when i listen to a song I'm not thinking hang on, those lyrics are a bit contestable!

  • wata tune

  • he's English, we don't use quarters. All our coins are named after what they're worth, and therefore in the lyrics it is coin..

  • Why would Example even use the word quarter, when he's not American? I think @iamcoxhead should no anyway, seeing as he is friends with Elliot (Example)...

  • Comment removed

  • nobody cares whether its quarter or coin!(its coin btw) lets just appreciate this amazing beautiful song by this amazing man, stop arguing!!:L

  • what a tune :)

  • @iamcoxhead

Err no, try set it to 2:44

    I'm 100% sure that it's quarter there.

  • @IronicTerror you are obviously not listening hard enough then mate. its definitely coin every time he says it

  • They actually say both, in the beginning of the song it's coin, in the end it's quarter

    /discussion

  • @IronicTerror It's coin every time he says it because Elliot Gleaves is British born and bred. He'd at least say quid or pound.

  • so excited for this song to have a music video

  • @SuperGlomas there will be no music video for this

  • @iamcoxhead why not?

  • @J50N1K because there were 5 videos for this album and the video for his new single will be out in the next few weeks

  • @iamcoxhead aww dam :(

  • It is defiantly coin,

Seriously it dont even sound like quarter?!?.....

At 1:54 it still sounds like Coin?!?!

Their both english, My favourite rapper born and raised in my country... and the world!!

  • @Dek1G40 Listen with the INTENTION of hearing "quarter", you'll hear it too. At first, I tought it was "quarter", but then I realized Example is English. So, coin is the proper word.

  • Acting like I've gone and won at the oscars, speechless,

Careful with my words there's no way I can cheat this,

Lost 'em again, someone give me a pen,

I need to write these lessons down and maybe give them to friends.

She isn't in it for the cash flow the girl's independent,

She don't expect pendance or remnants or necklaces,

She only wants to trust me and don't wanna fuss me,

But all of this depends on whether I behave recklessly.

  • I never meant to lie to her the truth wouldn't hurt,

But I just dig myself into a hole and she goes bezerk,

lost it again, who'd of thought that us men, would break down when we fell and behave like we're ten?

I should be raising the bar high, avoiding the bar low,

In my head it sounded funny but your face says it all,

I'll write a million songs for you as if I was Barlow,

'Cause you my Bridgette Bardot, my precious cargo,

I'm trynna speak my mind but I don't get very for though.

  • Say something innapropriate and look like a fool,

In my head it sounded funny but your face says it all,

I'll probably lose you again, for a day, maybe ten,

We're broken for a minute doesn't mean it's the end...

  • Best song on the album...bit like the streets.....

i'll say i love you, i'm sorry, but it's still like i'm stuck.

If i had a quarter for everytime, we could be millionaires..

but you don't need the diamonds!

  • @poep14 quarter? coin*

  • @iamcoxhead

  • @iamcoxhead its coin , he is from Fulham lol...

  • @iamcoxhead it's coin lol yeah example is brittish not american hahaha

  • @MissEllen29 It's COIN, guys. C'mon. It's obvious and doesn't sound anything like "quarter".
