Seeing as all Zelda games are the same thing redone, I wouldn't want a remake of OoT or Majora's mask. I really wanted to see Half-Life remade, but then the Black Mesa project got started and that is going to be friggin' awesome when released.

I guess it would have to be Super Metroid, my all time favourite game, but again, look at Other M (which I haven't played yet, but seems promising). Other than that, you guessed it Layne, FFVII. First Final Fantasy I ever played. Will always love it.
