I wish I knew what caused Nuno to split from SP. I thought it was a great project.. and even had more potential to keep getting better.. THey had such a good synergy, Ferrell is such a good frontman/lyricist and Bettencourt is a virtuoso player/composer... what a tragedy that it didn't work out. I did hear Nuno say in a post-SP interview that he was proud of the album and had no hard feelings but the live format felt much more like cabarret than a rock band.

Get pissed off with people bitching about two major muse's in my life .I admire Farrel's way, and love Bettencourts playing.

With the massive ego it takes to pull off a band, nevermind a big top tent performance, then there are gonna be clashes. The drugs were overcome and they ended up here(temporarily).
