I just moved into the Del Prado last week, and it is a real bargain, especially when you consider the amenities, the fact that it is pre-war construction, the location, and the view! You can walk to everything you'd need on a daily basis: grocery stores, computer stores, hair salons, shoe repair, dry cleaners, pharmacies, banks, restaurants, health food stores, hardware store, the list goes on. I couldn't be more pleased with my decision.
