errr... i think i need to go punish myself for barking out, i really should have done some research before doing so. after 5 min i find out that the most recogniseable difference is in the engine, the 206 is only 2liters but the 246 i a 2.4 (i think) and performace (246 sported 195bhp) so then again flame me if i was wrong. sorry a thousand times :-(
I actually believe you are right with your assumption that this is a 246 - the 206 had a polished outside fuel filler cap, while on the 246 it was hidden benath a lid.

It's a 246 I believe..206 had dual reverse lights (not 100% sure, correct me if i'm wrong)

Looks more like a 246GT. Bolt-on wheels. The 206 had center-locking wheels.
