Me and a couple other blackbelts from my dojo got to train and spar with her at a Premier martial arts instructor collage for three of the hardest days of our lives(Eight hours a day constant workout except for 45 min for lunch).

She is amazing, with speed, technique, style and kicks she was a world apart from me. though i still have more power and can break more boards.

learn to spell, its boards not bordes. and it does matter, it demonstrates power and precision. I gave the example of boards to give a meter of power that people unfamiliar to martial arts can understand and people who are familiar with martial arts can an appreciation for it

board is the equivalent of a rib.. you break a board.. you can easily break someones ribs... so its good practice of power cause you can't exactly go around breaking people's ribs to see if you have the power and accuracy.
