That is clearly an GP40-2.... GP38s have 1 less roof fan and the SD40-2s are like GP40-2s but they have 6 axles and a longer.

I was aware that they didnt want to kill the GP40-2. I Just found it interesting that the train was half loaded. Most of the intermodals I see are fully loaded and headed by GEVOS or Dash-9s. Hardly ever an old Geep.
