Funny, I was driving down 51th ave. traveling through Gila River reservation on my way to work. They also call it the beltline; now after returning from Houston Texas I now realize just how much I missed greenery.
I am truly late with my comment, but I to agree with everything you said about binging and roller coaster riding, just hang in there and keep getting up.
Great video. I have a food diary (journal) that I just started to help keep track of this journey because I dont want my "roller coaster ride" to get out of control ;-)
Journaling does help. I see you have an Android phone. Loseit is the best app. Ive tried almost all of them and Loseit is the best. I disagree with Becca. Studies show that fasting for short periods of time does not crash or slow down metabolism. However, Im like you. When I fast, I tend to eat to much when its over. But when I ebd my fast at 6, and just eat a normal dinner, I find that I do lose weight. I just dont stick to that plan most of the time, lol.
Yes, journaling is VERY helpful. Do you have a smartphone, Richard? If you do -- check out my fitness pal. It's a really useful website/mobile phone app that you can log your food...very helpful. Shrimp (unless you put some massive sauce on it) only has about 100 calories -- very low calorie, super high proteins. Go back to tracking to make sure you're getting enough. Take care!
Your body probably wasn't ready for that shock. Your metabolism CRASHED when you didn't eat for 12 hours. You know what to do -- stay encouraged, focused, blessed, etc. Just keep on riding the ride.
I go with the ride. If you think about it, you had less time to burn calories those calories and you are burning less at night. I understand. Keep on pushing !
i am such a roller coaster person up and down , but the important thing is im aware and get right back on track , i think its normal to binge from time to time , as long as we get back on track
Always, I believe it a process we most process and analysis all the time; sorry it took so long to respond.

journaling has helped me out a lot. In the past 2months it has kept my roller ride stable. This week is my first gain since the last challenge
