  • Wow, that's really important to know.

  • NIP SLIP!!! o.O

  • Awesome video Vince. I want you to know that I've been following you for quite some time now, and you've actualy inspired me to start my own bodybuilding channel. I know I'll never live up to what you've done, but I believe some people out there could definitely benefit from my videos and I look forward to sharing my information. Thanks for being such an inspiration!

  • @LittleManWorkout Thanks, and go for it bro!

  • Why so many dislikes? Vince is very trustworthy, hell I trust whatever he says and I don't even know him personally.

  • @SnakeFang217 Thanks for sticking up!

  • 1:05 is when i stoped watching

  • Nice tips

  • it would be awesome to see some of these models become like huge body builders!

  • nip slip

  • Also, I don't think it's a good idea to disobey your body. If you're feeling lethargic, for example, that's a good indication that you need more rest, or you may begin over-training (possibly even injure yourself).

  • it would be great when this vids would be for free. there are to much infos in the internet for free. so why should i pay for an episode. But i understand, that Vince need money for living. I think maybe it would be better when he make this vids for free get more and more famous and make his money as a famious popular personal fitness coach and share his fitness knowlege with us for free.

  • Dude has a nice body but not such a great face...

  • why the fuck u keep disliking his videos ? u mad bitches ?

  • how does one get into fitness competitions

  • You don't need to supplement with BCAA's there already in your protein.

  • Another shoulder exercise video that was pretty popular...

  • so how much is the membership for livelarge?

  • @Drumerpunk1 $7 a month. or 44 cents a day.

  • Good rear delt exercise, bad info on bcaa.

  • @DailyBenaid No.. Eat 1 gram Per pound of bodyweight and have a calorie surplus, and remember to eat your fats so you Can produse some testosteron. But if you have a problem getting enough protein buy a protein supplement..

  • information about bodybuilding is too confusing. sometimes i dont know who to believe or who has the better knowledge.

  • @DailyBenaid

It's not complicated, there's just a bunch of BS like this to sift through. They want you to THINK it's complicated in order to get you to buy their crap. Lyle McDonald and Alan Aragon are all you will ever need.

  • @DailyBenaid If someone can not tell you WHY they are doing something... they don't know what they're talking about. If their answer is, "Well it works for me.." then they ABSOLUTELY don't know what they are saying. Learn from someone who can give you an INTELLIGENT answer to WHY they do something. The CREAM always rises to the top bro. Look for people who've been around for more than 5 years minimum. I've been doing this for ten years and STILL learning new stuff. ALWAYS be learning.

  • @VinceDelMonte I agree with most of what you have said, but what works for one person will not necessarily work for another person, simply because everyone has different body types (for example, ectomorph, endomorph, mesomorph). Some people train on 3-day splits, whereas others find it to be more beneficial to train on a 5-day split. Everyone is different and must tailor a bodybuilding program for themselves.

  • @blackfoxmp5

Nice lol - I posted a response and read this.. Took the words out of my mouth

  • @VinceDelMonte

I've been training 7 years plus now... I tend to say " well it works for me " - Why ? Caus everyone's body is different and different exercises are affective to different people.. Technique is important and I'm not disputing that... Also your comment is not wrong in any way.. However, Some work outs are more affective to some than others... In my opinion ( From experience ) - I say this in regards to bodybuilding... Not fitness training.

  • @VinceDelMonte if your getting your 1 gram per pound of bodyweight and the calories your body need your fine. Now bcaa are mainly taken because of lysine, it activates muscle synthesis and is probly the most importent amino. now if you just eat some chicken or a nother complete protein mister vince delmonte, you will get your lysine. If you want to debate on something Else, Then Come at me bro...

  • @sa56075 so as a beginner bodybuilder, we dont need BCAA ? waste of money?

  • @DailyBenaid Absolutely NOT. BCAA are the only supplements that increase cortisol (provides energy), insulin and growth hormone at the same time. They raise blood sugar during a workout and increase insulin receiptivity and receptor receptivity (meaning your cells will bind more test). BCAA is the ONLY supplement you should by if you're on a limited budget. The research is OUTSTANDING.

  • @VinceDelMonte *buy. For cheap ass lifters or people flipping broke... BCAA is the ONE supplement worth using. 20-40 g DURING your workout

  • @VinceDelMonte Where can I get some of that BCAA?

  • @sa56075 I have no interest in debating.

  • nipple hanging out...hot!!

  • You should doing live large for free again vince. Miss it. :/

  • @joshwakbak3 First season is free... 2nd season is apart of a private membership which includes complete workouts and additional videos... sorry bro... You Tube deletes the full episodes when i try to upload them. Paid membership is 44 cents a day.

  • @joshwakbak3 It's 44 cents a day bro!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @VinceDelMonte I hear yah vincey boy! ;)

  • @joshwakbak3 What does it feel like to be that lean might i ask? :)

  • Bcaa = bs .. Ps you dont need to eat 8 meals a Day.. You Can eat 3 If you want to just make sure your getting the calories your body recuires. And around 1 gram Per pound of body weight f protein..

  • @sa56075 BCAA's are the most ANABOLIC supplement in the world - almost more research then creatine. Do some reading bud. And, sure, you can do 3 meals instead of more but it's NOT as optimal. Harder on absorption and digestion.

  • This guy is putting out info to help us all with our training and muscle building... why the hell are people hating and writing stupid comments about the guy. If you don't want his advice to watch him!!!

  • stop holdin your breath vinny

  • Martin Berkham cares to differ with your retardo broscience.

  • @Ryshu There is ZERO bro science in this video. Everything was based on valid research.

  • Overcomplicated.....heavy compound movements with a controlled negative + calorie surplus = growth

  • You are over complicating this. Eat tons of protein+calorie surplus = muscle building

  • @brownie2323 Actually that's a "Drug dosage" mentality towards food. You can't just eat "tons of protein" and grow. This a very elementary mindset.

  • you suck.

  • how do i make my left glute as big as the right?/? cause it's smaller , please help me ?

  • @emericaordie15 Single leg deadlifts and single leg squats and single leg hip pushes.

  • Ohh and what does it mean rotation? like changing protein, alterning and eating different stuff will help you to get better result?

  • @therealjamester Yes. Try not to eat the same protein source 2x in a day - it's not "bad" but eating the same proteins (like beef, dairy, shakes and eggs) can lead to food allergies and then bloating. Rotate your protein sources. So if you eat protein 5x in one day, eat 5 different protein sources - white fish, venison, turkey, buffalo, scallops. etc

  • @VinceDelMonte what do u mean bloating? i usually eat eggs and chicken breast almost everyday is that ok?

  • @VinceDelMonte Great, thanks you soo much for helping.

  • Vince you forget that you are to big to wear that tank top.

  • great stuff vince, thanks and more power dude!
