  • I would love to learn this Berry nice

  • Do you think you could name the chord progression?

  • @dru42or3 Yes, but the YouTube editor doesn´t seem to accept chord progressions...:(

    Always get an error message.

  • I would love to be your drummer or bassist!

  • Love that guitar! Sounds great! Telecaster custom?

  • @marksee123 Thanks! Yes, it´s a Japanese custom Tele (about 1993).

  • hey i checked out this videoa few months ago and now that i have some more time im finishing lifting it, question for you, you add 2 bars it seems at the end of the form, do you think you could tell me the chords you use for the final turnaround? its hard to hear with the rhythm track int he background. thank you much!

  • @sonotera Hi! The Playback plays ... Bm7 Bb7 Am7 D7 - Gmaj7 Am7 D7 ... I play (Naming by the Top note) D Ddim D9 on top.

  • That's a wonderful thing to do to country. More, more!

  • great stuff. good flow.

  • i'll be honest with you, this is great and im going to have to lift it

  • Thanks!

  • @holgerbogen

I've got the head an the first half of the chorus down so far... what is your musical background? i hear a lot of bebop lines and stuff in the solo, have you done a fair bit of jazz studying?

  • My musical background is country and western swing. I was always interested in Jazz and other styles, but I never had a band or something to study this more intensive. But if you play country type lines over standard jazz tunes, it kind of works (for me) and sounds interesting, because of the more complex chords.

  • @holgerbogen

thanks for the reply, looking forward to finishing off the lift...i ll definitely be checking out more of your vids

  • @holgerbogen Are you self-taught

  • hey what key were you in and for the solo what scale or scales were you using?

  • it´s in the key of G. I think I used Major and minor scales with some chromatic passing notes.

  • @holgerbogen cool thanks man

  • Wow! fantastic pickin'

    Is that a Telecaster custom?

  • You impresse me for all tunes. Renald

  • Nice solo! Please keep putting out these great videos! Thanks. Maybe if you could try and do some instructional stuff. Play some of the licks slowed down. I play mostly rock and metal but I am trying to learn some county. and rockabilly. Thanks again!

  • Hi! I´m working on an instructional CD with some instrumentals, licks and TABs. But it will probably take a while until it´s completed. I like metal stuff too, but it´s different way of playing, I´m not too good at this:) Thanks.
