hey i was looking at the crf230f and i was wondering if its worth getting or should i just get a crf250x? im riding a xr100 now. im 5'8" and 185lbs. Please help!! thanks.
@cuntfuckish 450x has too much power for 16yr old im 15 myself 172lbs and im getting 250x ive been told by everyone to get 250x not 450 they said i will just burn out and crash ive been a rider since 5yrs old
@SuperJames707 This isnt true im also 15 been riding since I was 10 and I ride the 450x. It is a bit over powered but im not ever worried about looping it out and crashing.
@cuntfuckish im 16, 175-180lbs and this bike has more than enough power for trail/enduro riding. the 450x has power that you will never use like most 450 bikes, 250 is more than enough. hope it helps!

@scotty4142 thanks, i might sound dumb here but idc, is that coolant for the radiator, cuz i thought you put the coolant for those on the top of the radiator
@jeff76029jrm well o use mine everyday no changes in valves or motor except i removed the spark arrestor
no valve issuses
and for longevity, regular oil/oil filter , air filter , oil your chain , check your spokes , check your coolant , ect...ect...ect just regular maintenance and ill will last you a long time!
hey nice bike man i was wondering tho does the headlight help for night riding any it looked pretty dim in the video but does it have a high beam setting like a quad??
@NickTheMan1426 um it doesn't have a highbeam setting but it is really really bright at night, i dont do much night riding but when i did, i lit up the trail untill the next turn.
hey just checking in, got some good news! the dealership i was going to buy it from made an oopsie, they sold the one they were keeping for me! but to make it up they tracked me down a 450x! now all i gotta is take it to pro-circut to get the carb worked on and no need for a big bore kit now i suppose haha! still might just get a slip-on muffler doubt i'll get a header though. good christmas indeed.

@InfamyXD i was going to get the R first too but if you ride any trail at all, this is the bike for you. i'm starting racing next spring and the bike is stock and can keep up with a yz250f on a track with no problem. but if you can get both, get them ;)

Gee, this is the best bike ever! Congratulations! I was just wondering how much it weights. I mean, considering that they've added the electric starter, therefore a battery, how much? I used to have one of this (2 strokes) in the 90s, but back then there was no battery and just the kickstarter
