Awesome documentary - my grandad fought in the north africa capaigns in WW2 - Tobruk, El Alamein, etc, and he always said how in awe he was of the British Paras at Arnhem and how they made the Germans anhililate the entire town and force their surrender through sheer stubbornness.

I have always been a history nerd and this particular battle has ALWAYS been the most fascinating military operation to me from any war or time. I never tire of this subject or the movie and book 'A Bridge Too Far'...cant wait to visit these locations myself someday! And yes, the bravery of the Allied forces, especially the brits in Arnhem (Im American) is quite extraordinary...God bless them and RIP...
