@AnnaBanana3x The guy who made the "Cake Walk Wheel" was a guy who had an account called Reaper on Hedgehog Central, he was taking peoples money and not giving people their products complaining about various things in his life, excuses after excuses. That wasnt his official website tho. Just google CWW and you will find it right away, he isnt in business anymore because of it. Now theres a guy named LarryT who is selling the same thing but improved its called the carolina storm bucket wheel.

@64noyt Yes, some hedgehogs are more friendly then others. They are NOT like dogs though, they wont come to greet you or anything, and they will probably be cranky when you wake them up lol. they good pets, but make sure you do alot! of research. they are alot of work and money.

To by honest, I believe that she has just freaked out a bit, trying to find a place to cover herself and tape a nap. That's why they're called nocturnal. She's running in order to escape, because she cannot understand that this is a wheel and that she always remains at the same spot.

By the way it's really cute. I own an African pygmy hedgehog too.

hey um i have a hedge hog and im trying to teach him how to use the wheel but he doesnt try to ride on it and i have to force him on it but he doesnt try. What should i do? He ignores the wheel and instead he sleeps under it.

@misskatelynn27 i got her from a breeder, about two years ago, she was around $150. Hedgehogs ussualy vary from $150 to more then $300 sometimes. it depends on the breeder and the color.

Yeah, they need a wheel for sure! Its a necessity. Go to a local pet store and look for one. But make sure it isn't too small, you don't want them to have to bend their back at all while running on it.

I tried to order one of these wheels for our hedgehog Chester back in December and have never heard from the seller despite multiple requests. I guess I am just out the $52.... Disappointing.

I just visited the hedgehog central forums and the guy that sells these wheels says he has a ton of backorders to fill at the moment. I dont know the full story but at some point around september he hurt his spine and that caused a huge pile up in orders. Thats all I know. If you go to the hedgehog central forums and look for "reaper" and message him there you might be able to get a response or your money back.

they will also run several MILES a night.
