@iphonebulli #151 is Manaphy: You just need to go to the Pokemon Mansion and in the same room with the owner you will see a book. Read the book and you'll see a picture of Manaphy!

#170 is Glaceon: You need to go to Route 217 and train an Eevee until it levels up. There is a special rock there that will enable it to evolve.

#138 is Feebas: This Pokemon is found in Mt. Coronet Fog Room, but it's extremely hard to get. You should look on YouTube for some tricks.

@djdowndog The Pokemon you are looking for are:

Rotom, Glaceon and Porygon2

Rotom: To get Rotom, you need to go at the Old Chateau in Eterna Forest at night. Then on the 2nd floor and interact with the Tv in one of the rooms. It's gonna be at Level 20

Glaceon: You need to go to Route 217 and train an Eevee until it levels up. There is a special rock there that will enable it to evolve.

Porygon2: To get one, someone has to trade you a Porygon while holding an Up-Grade.

@Thomboss421 There is actually an Umbreon Trainer on Route 209. It's a male Breeder Trainer and to see him fighting with an Umbreon, you'll have to use the Vs Seeker near him. He's the one next to the entrance to Hearthome City. I hope I helped! =D
